Cross Training

At our cross training facility, we train outdoors all year round. Modern circuit concepts are combined with innovative outdoor exercises to create an effective workout that improves muscle strength and fitness. In addition to your own body weight, training equipment such as barbells, ropes, kettlebells etc. are used – fun and sweat are included.

For the status “Guest of the USZ” you need a Unisport guest card for the current semester. Members of the DAV Darmstadt-Starkenburg section do not need a Unisport guest card for the status “Guest of the USZ”.
