Membership

In order to become a member of Unifit for training, you must first complete an instruction course. With the instruction we ensure a high quality of training for our members. It includes 2 sessions of 1.5 hours each. A Unifit trainer will explain everything about your workout and you will receive an individual training plan.

For the status “Guest of the USZ” you need a Unisport guest card for the current semester. Members of the DAV Darmstadt-Starkenburg section do not need a Unisport guest card for the status “Guest of the USZ”.
